1.Exchanges
• You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Each item can be exchanged one time only. After an exchange, it cannot be exchanged again.
• Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, free from stains, damage, or alterations.
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
2. Returns & Refunds
• Meon does not provide refunds for items returned due to a change of mind.
• Refunds are provided only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
• Issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order via our website contact form or email.
• If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Damages & Issues
