At Meon, we work hard to get your order to you quickly and securely.
1. Free Shipping
- Free shipping on all orders over $65.
- Orders under $65 are charged a flat delivery rate, shown at checkout before you pay.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
3. Delivery Times
- Lebanon: 2–4 business days after processing.
- Delivery times may vary with location and courier conditions.
4. Order Tracking
- You'll receive a tracking number by email or SMS once your order ships.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
5. Delays
- We're not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues outside our control. If something goes wrong, contact us at support@meonlb.com and we'll help chase it.
6. Address Accuracy
- Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll always try to help recover them.
